ZY-2 medium and fine crushing&screening mobile station is one kind of high efficiency rock crushing and screening equipment by our company develop and produce in combination with advanced technology and experience in domestic and abroad. This kind of mobile station main using in secondary and tertiary crushing and screening. The main equipment adopt high performance and high capacity CS high efficiency cone crusher, DG single cone crusher, HPS multi-cylinder cone crusher or P6S impact crusher and so on.
The hydraulic and mechanical support of the screener can ensure the stability of equipment during operation, hydraulic lifting, and flexible switching work modes.
In the main crusher selection, we supply high performance type, customer can choose the equipment flexible according to the investment plans, project conditions.
In the different configurations, belt conveyor adopts vehicle-mounted design with high efficiency, convenient when working and flexible when change working site.
The electric control system can integrated in the car body or independent in the control room, PLC control board as high-end optional.
